Lindsay is the heart behind Wildflower Haven. Drawing from her own lived experiences and years of supporting girls and young women, she created Wildflower Haven to be the safe, cozy space she wishes she had growing up.

Lindsay is passionate about helping teens recognize their worth, trust their instincts, and navigate relationships with confidence and clarity. Her approach blends emotional safety, creativity, and real conversations that help girls feel seen, supported, and never alone.
