Welcome to Wildflower Haven! By using our website, registering for an event, or participating in a workshop, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Program Purpose

Wildflower Haven provides educational workshops and gatherings focused on confidence, emotional well-being, relationship awareness, and empowerment for girls and young women. We are not a clinical, therapeutic, or crisis counseling service.

2. Participation Requirements

By registering for an event, you acknowledge:

  • Participants under 18 must have parent/guardian consent

  • You will provide accurate, updated information

  • You will communicate any allergies, special needs, or safety considerations

  • You understand all activities are optional and participation is voluntary

We reserve the right to remove any participant who jeopardizes the emotional or physical safety of the group.

3. Safety & Conduct

Wildflower Haven is committed to creating emotionally safe environments. Participants agree to:

  • Treat others with respect

  • Maintain confidentiality of personal stories shared in the group

  • Follow facilitator guidance

Harmful, disruptive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment is required upon registration

  • Refund policies will be clearly stated for each event

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows

  • If Wildflower Haven cancels an event, you will receive a full refund

5. Photography & Media

We may take photos during events to showcase the experience.
We will always:

  • Ask for parental/guardian permission for minors

  • Avoid sharing identifiable photos without written consent

  • Never use private moments or sensitive conversations for marketing

You may opt out of all photography at any time.

6. Liability

By participating in a Wildflower Haven event, you agree:

  • To assume all risks associated with voluntary involvement

  • That Wildflower Haven is not liable for injuries, lost items, or personal property

  • That Wildflower Haven does not provide clinical, medical, legal, or therapeutic advice

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse or interfere with website functionality

  • Attempt to access protected or private information

  • Use our content, branding, or materials without permission

All website content is owned by Wildflower Haven.

8. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, programs, graphics, text, and designs are the property of Wildflower Haven.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute materials without written permission.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
