Winter PJ Party

A small-group girls’ gathering for ages 15–18

Start the new year with a warm, intentionally crafted night designed to help teen girls unwind, connect, and explore confidence and relationship awareness in a cozy, relaxed setting. This is not a lecture, a class, or a “heavy talk.” It’s a soft landing — a small group of girls curled up with blankets, snacks, and real conversations that actually matter.

This workshop blends a cozy, sleepover vibe with meaningful guided activities, reflection moments, and an environment where girls feel understood, safe, and comfortable being themselves.

Love Letters to Myself

A Valentine’s-season gathering for girls ages 15–18

February can be a lot — pressure around dating, comparing yourself to others, wondering where you fit, and the never-ending swirl of social media expectations. This event offers something completely different: a warm, uplifting night focused on self-love, emotional safety, real conversations, and celebrating the girls they’re becoming.

Love Letters to Myself is a small, cozy gathering where girls can relax in comfy clothes, sip warm drinks, and explore what healthy love actually looks and feels like — starting with the love they show themselves.

This is not a lecture, and it’s not about having (or wanting) a relationship.
It’s about confidence, intuition, feeling grounded, and building the kind of inner strength that makes every relationship stronger — friendships, family, or future dating.

🌼 What to Expect at a Wildflower Haven Event

At every Wildflower Haven gathering, girls step into a cozy, welcoming space designed to help them feel seen, supported, and completely themselves. Our events blend gentle guidance, creative expression, and meaningful conversation — all wrapped in warmth, safety, and intentionality.

Here’s what you and your teen can expect:

✨ A Warm, Cozy Atmosphere

Soft lighting, comfy seating, blankets, warm drinks, and a calming environment that immediately helps girls relax. We intentionally create a setting that feels more like a cozy hangout than a class.

✨ Small, Supportive Groups

Each event is limited to 6–10 girls to ensure connection, emotional safety, and individualized attention. This makes the space feel intimate, calm, and welcoming — perfect for both shy and outgoing personalities.

✨ Gentle, Real Conversations

We talk about confidence, boundaries, healthy vs. unhealthy behaviors, intuition, friendships, and emotional safety in a way that’s relatable, honest, and never overwhelming. No lectures. No pressure. Just guided conversations girls naturally lean into.

✨ Creative + Reflective Activities

Every event includes a hands-on or reflective moment to help girls explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe way. Activities may include:
– journaling
– grounding exercises
– vision or affirmation cards
– communication-style mini activities
– creative projects tailored to the theme

All activities are optional — girls can participate at their comfort level.

✨ A Focus on Emotional Safety

We create a judgment-free zone where girls can open up, share if they want to, or simply observe and absorb. Everything shared in the group stays in the group unless safety is a concern.

✨ Practical Tools They’ll Actually Use

Every event includes simple, actionable tools for:
– recognizing early red flags
– building self-worth
– setting boundaries
– trusting their instincts
– navigating friendships and early dating
– calming their nervous system

All presented in a teenager-friendly, digestible way.

✨ Fun + Connection

Even when the topics are meaningful, the mood is light, cozy, and supportive. Girls laugh, relate, relax, and walk away feeling more confident, understood, and connected.

✨ Thoughtful Take-Home Items

Each event includes a small keepsake — a reflection card, grounding tool, mini booklet, affirmation, or creative piece — something they can revisit whenever they need a reminder of their strength.

✨ Led by a Compassionate, Trained Adult

Every workshop is guided by a caring facilitator who has passed a background check and training and who prioritizes emotional safety, connection, and empowerment. The environment is always calm, structured, and supportive.
