Our Programs
Middle School Program (Ages 13–14)
Building confidence, connection, and awareness — gently and with plenty of fun.
Our middle school workshops feel more like a cozy hangout than a lesson. Through creative activities (like bracelet-making, journaling, Target challenges, or TikTok dances), we open the door to conversations about friendships, boundaries, self-worth, and early signs of healthy vs. unhealthy behavior.
We keep the environment warm, playful, and age-appropriate so girls can open up at their own pace and leave feeling more confident, supported, and connected — not overwhelmed.
Focus areas:
– Understanding healthy friendships
– Beginning boundaries
– Early awareness of coercive control
– Emotional regulation and self-trust
– Body respect & digital safety
– Confidence building
– Finding their voice in social situations
High School Program (Ages 14–18)
Real conversations, relatable examples, and tools they can actually use.
High school is when relationships, identity, and self-worth get more complicated — and more important. Our high school workshops create a judgment-free space to talk about dating, red flags, peer pressure, emotional manipulation, confidence, and what healthy connection really looks like.
We combine real-life examples, open discussions, cozy group activities, and creative reflection to help teens understand their worth and trust their instincts.
Focus areas:
– Dating & relationship health
– Recognizing red flags & coercive control
– Boundaries: emotional, digital, physical
– Navigating friend drama & social pressure
– Healing from unhealthy experiences
– Self-advocacy & communication skills
– Building identity and self-worth
College Program (Ages 18–22)
Empowering young women to trust themselves, navigate independence, and stay safe in new environments.
The transition into college — whether living on campus or starting adulthood — brings new freedoms and new risks. Our college sessions feel like a supportive girls’ circle: candid conversations, cozy vibes, journaling, coffee shop meetups, and practical guidance that blends emotional awareness with real-world safety.
We provide tools to recognize manipulation, navigate dating and campus culture, build strong boundaries, protect themselves during the first weeks of college, and form healthy relationships based on respect, not pressure.
Focus areas:
– College dating & campus social dynamics
– First six weeks safety strategies
– Recognizing subtle manipulation
– Self-trust, intuition, and red flag awareness
– Healing patterns from high school
– Digital & party safety
– Building healthy relationships as adults
Parents & Guardians Program
Supporting the adults who want to support their girls.
Parents often want to protect and prepare their daughters — but don’t always know how to start the conversations. Our parent/guardian workshops offer practical tools, gentle guidance, and an understanding of the emotional landscape girls are navigating today.
We cover how to talk about healthy relationships, how to recognize early signs of concerning behavior, and how to build a home environment where girls feel safe coming to you with anything. These sessions are compassionate, nonjudgmental, and grounded in connection.
Focus areas:
– How to talk to your daughter about dating & boundaries
– Recognizing early signs of coercive control
– Social media & digital safety
– Empowering without micromanaging
– Creating emotional safety at home
– Helping girls build self-worth
– Supporting girls through transitions (middle, high, college)
