💕✨ Love Letters to Myself: Self-Worth, Connection & Love
A Valentine’s-season gathering for girls ages 15–18
February can be a lot — pressure around dating, comparing yourself to others, wondering where you fit, and the never-ending swirl of social media expectations. This event offers something completely different: a warm, uplifting night focused on self-love, emotional safety, real conversations, and celebrating the girls they’re becoming.
Love Letters to Myself is a small, cozy gathering where girls can relax in comfy clothes, sip warm drinks, and explore what healthy love actually looks and feels like — starting with the love they show themselves.
This is not a lecture, and it’s not about having (or wanting) a relationship.
It’s about confidence, intuition, feeling grounded, and building the kind of inner strength that makes every relationship stronger — friendships, family, or future dating.
🌸 What We’ll Do
This Valentine’s-inspired workshop blends warmth, creativity, connection, and reflection. Activities may include:
✨ “Love Letters to Myself” journaling moment
A guided, thoughtful practice to explore self-worth and inner confidence.
✨ A cozy group conversation
What healthy love looks like — and what it doesn’t.
✨ A fun “Know Your Red & Green Flags” exercise
Interactive, relatable, and surprisingly empowering.
✨ A relaxing grounding activity
To help regulate stress, nervous system overwhelm, and emotional pressure.
✨ A creative moment: Affirmation Pinatas
Crafting a small keepsake representing the kind of love & energy they want in their lives — friendships, goals, boundaries, etc.
✨ A Galentine’s cocoa + treat bar
Because warmth and sweetness matter, too.
All activities are optional; girls can participate as much or as little as they’re comfortable with.
💗 What They’ll Learn (Without Lecture or Pressure)
– What healthy love feels like
– How to recognize early warning signs
– How to trust their intuition
– How to set boundaries and still be kind
– How to understand their emotional needs
– How to avoid people who drain or manipulate
– How to build self-respect and communicate confidently
– How to choose relationships (romantic or not) that lift them up
We keep conversations honest but gentle, age-appropriate, and completely pressure-free.
✨ The Vibe
Warm. Cozy. Soft. Empowering.
Think:
Valentine’s twinkle lights, pink and cream accents, comfy pajamas, soft music, blankets, warm drinks, and a supportive circle of girls who are all figuring things out together — without fear of judgment.
Beautiful, calm, and unexpectedly grounding.
